Redbridge Tuition provides small-group GCSE tuition for Years 10 and 11 at its Seven Kings/Ilford and Loughton centres. Students can receive focused support in Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with a maximum of eight students in each group.
Tuition is shaped around the student’s current understanding, school course and areas for development. We help students strengthen subject knowledge, practise applying it and develop more reliable revision and exam habits. We do not promise particular grades.

How GCSE tuition works
1. Identify the priority areas
Tutors use the student’s school topics, classwork, assessment feedback and questions to establish which knowledge and skills need attention.
2. Explain and practise
Lessons break difficult material into manageable steps, model useful approaches and give students opportunities to apply them independently.
3. Improve exam technique
Students practise reading questions carefully, showing the required working, using subject vocabulary accurately, managing time and checking answers.
4. Build sustainable study habits
Tuition can support planning, retrieval practice and revision routines, but progress also depends on attendance, independent work and engagement with school.
Which GCSE exam board does my child follow?
Exam-board specifications and question styles differ, so parents should confirm the board used by their child’s school. Common boards include AQA, Pearson Edexcel, OCR and WJEC/Eduqas. The official GCSE requirements and guidance explain the current 9–1 qualification framework.
