At Redbridge Tuition, we value transparency and partnership to meet your child’s educational needs. This agreement outlines our mutual responsibilities for a successful collaboration.

Authority and Information

You confirm your authority to enter into this agreement and provide necessary information.
We require contact details for communication and emergencies.

Media

Sessions may be recorded for safety, training and promotional purposes. Recordings are not shared with unrelated third parties unless required by law.
Data protection: We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Notice for details.

Payment Terms

An active Direct Debit mandate and signed agreement are required before attending any session.
Fees are paid monthly in advance on the 1st of each month by subscription.
Late or failed payments incur a £25 fee, and services may be suspended until account is settled. Sessions already attended remain chargeable.
The monthly fee is a fixed subscription that spreads the cost evenly across the days we are open. Therefore, no extra money is taken off for closures and public holidays as these have already been factored in.
First-month pro-rata: Charged from your first scheduled session to month-end. Regular subscription starts on the 1st of the following month.
If an account remains unpaid after reminders, we may refer it to a third-party debt recovery service and recover reasonable costs as permitted by law.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation and Changes

To cancel or change your package, submit the change form (redbridgetuition.co.uk/change) by the 15th of the month.
Changes take effect from the 1st of the next month.

Example:

Email by 15 March → change starts 1 April.
Email on 16 March → change starts 1 May.

Cancellations cannot be backdated.
Any outstanding balance remains payable.

Session Logistics

Ensure the timely drop-off and pick-up of your child.
Give 48 hours’ notice via the parent portal to request a make-up session (subject to availability). Make-ups must be taken within 7 days, or self-study materials can be collected. Make-ups are not credits or refunds.

Homework and Assessments

Please oversee completion and ensure it is brought to the next session.
We review work, address misconceptions, and run termly progress tests.

Exams and Attendance

We support academic progress but cannot guarantee final exam success.
Ensure your child’s punctuality and attendance.

Feedback and Concerns

Verbal feedback is provided after sessions
Written feedback is provided via the portal/email
Contact us with any concerns

Damage and Holidays

Parents are liable for repair costs if their child damages any of the centre's property.
The centre closes for scheduled breaks published in advance on the website.
The centre closes for public/bank holidays.

Unplanned Closures

In the event of an unforeseen closure (e.g., severe weather), we will reschedule; refunds are not provided for sessions delivered in this manner.
