So What Does the Course Actually Include?
• 30 hours of tuition in a small group setting
• A one-to-one with an experienced tutor which you can book at any time during the 4-month course
• A half-hour interview preparation session
• A half-hour mock interview
• Bespoke weekly booklets which include a maths topic, English, explanations and mark schemes
• Past exam papers packs
Who Is the Course For?
Our independent school course is for all candidates who have just entered year 6 and are looking to pass the entrance exam for selective schools such as Bancrofts, Chigwell, Forest and Brentwood.
When Is the Course?
Our independent school course runs for 4 months.
The course runs from September to December. Sessions take place every Saturday, with Maths at 1 pm and English at 3 pm.
Where Does the Course Take Place?
The course is in our Loughton branch, located at 156 High Road (just opposite Nando’s and Gail’s!)
How Many Spaces Are Available?
These sessions have a maximum capacity of just 8 students.
How Much Does the Course Cost?
This 4-month course is £950
How Hard Are These Exams?
The exams for independent schools are at least one to two years ahead of a student who has just entered year 6.
We have seen year 8 and 9 students struggle with some of the questions in these entrance exams.
